Culture in Salt Lake is exceptional. When they say they care about your work life balance, they really do here.

Cons

Not much to say here, there are no glaring issues in my view not present at any typical workplace.

The culture allows for a lot of autonomy in the role and allows for employees to come up with their own ideas and solutions for challenges faced.

Cons

There are times where working nights is required given the global span of the company and need to work with individuals from other countries and time zones.
