      Pros

      401k and HSA match, Pay, Training and onboarding pacing and content, Flexible work schedule, Hands off management. Plenty of knowledge resources. Feeling of being trusted and valued. Industry leader and full of SMEs.

      Cons

      Not every position allows for regular WFH. Vacation policy is unique which could prove as a con for some. Niagara Falls: Poor IT service and dated facility.

      Great company to work for, Moog cares about their employees and show it with their benefits and how they treat their employees. You are trusted to do your job and given the space to expand and find new skills.

      Cons

      Change can be hard to manage and get through to business partners.

      Pros

      I have been here over 15 years. Due to growth, there have been many challenges, but MOOG has stayed true to their original culture and values, one of which is the work/life balance. Working here at The North Blacksburg facility feels like a family. The work can be challenging at times, but we work together and see it through. I am very proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      An exponential amount of growth year over year has placed us in a great, but challenging place. Pay does not start as high as other places, but there is opportunity for growth and increases as times goes on.
