People are great, knowledgeable and care about their work. Design and produce great things.

Cons

Losing great people, culture becoming corporate due to increased growth. Turn over and training is having an effect on remaining staff with the knowledge to train and pickup the slack.

Smart, approachable employees, company culture, awesome and diversified product/markets, employee benefits. Management treats employees as individuals. Employees are empowered to make suggestions for continuous improvement.

Cons

Some long-tenured employees who have never worked anywhere else don't know how fortunate we are to work for such a great company. Employees coming from top-down organizations may find it challenging to adapt to our culture.
