Pros

Moog is a fantastic organization to work for! They have a set of values that have been in place since the company was founded which I think really differentiates us. The pay and benefits are really good and there have been a number of really progressive moves in the last year with flexible working patterns being implemented and the launch of flexible planned vacation (a plan with no limits - as long as you perform and deliver). My favorite part of working here is the empowerment you have to make a positive difference. I love working here and could see myself spending the rest of my career here.

Cons

None. It's a great place to work.

Pros

- Coworkers are typically great to work with - Benefits are fairly good, all considering whats out there - Opportunities for advancement and to move around the organization are plentiful if you're willing to leave your comfort zone - Freedom to operate the way that best fits you, so long as you're getting work done

Cons

- Upper management is stuck in olden days when it comes to operating models, trying "new" things now that were new 5-10 years ago - Heavy focus on contractors and MSP's - Issues working risk into the business because the risk is always tied back to the risk they deal with on a day-to-day basis and management doesn't break context for the situation at hand - Business is disjointed, no enterprise focal point, operating groups are the focus of the business
