      Pros

      Very relaxed work pace with great work life balance. You will make a great career at Moog if you are a "sheep" and remain as such.

      Cons

      Extremely resistant and skeptical of changes. Embedded mindsets. Intense political groups formed by inept "old timers" who methodically try and eventually succeed in ousting talented new comers, particularly those that champion significant and rapid change.

      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of many things that would cause me to consider staying here if another job came along.

      Cons

      GOB's (Good Old Boys) make promotion/advancement difficult. If you are well liked and in the "club" you will do well. If you don't have a sea daddy to look out for you in management, forget about advancement. Forget about your ideas being considered. Get used to being disregarded.
