      Pros

      Pay was decent. Benefits good. Good employee activities. Enjoy some advancement. Excellent focus on training. Technology was interesting. Employee relationships were strong. Great picnics.

      Cons

      Social nepotism was the career advance model. Too much focus on costs and profits. Lack of risk management planning. Too much focus on upper management perks.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. More focused on doing things right rather than meeting deadlines. Embraces failure as a lesson to be learned from. Very technical industry.

      Cons

      Work as a Co-Op can be dull at times. In the beginning, there are a lot of training courses. Although the company tries its best to acclimate you to the various Moog industries, the diverse portfolio can be overwhelming at times.

      Nice work environment and people are very friendly. Global footprint provides opportunities to work with people from different parts of the world.

      Cons

      Business is not growing and the direction of CEO is not very clear. Lot of focus on cost management and less focus on growth.
