Pros

Some of the staff are really lovely. Benefits can be good depending on where you're based. Work life balance is ok but can be hit and miss

Cons

Old school management style. Senior managers in jobs that don't know what they're doing. Poor pay. This is definitely not a people focused company anymore.

Pros

Valuable experience working with many engineering disciplines. They gave me a performance review every three months, which always resulted in a small raise.

Cons

There are not too many things I can complain about. I ended up leaving because I had a hard time balancing work and school. They were flexible but they require at least 20 hours a week.

Great culture, minimal micro management, solid pay, good benefits, lots of onsite amenities like bike sharing, trails, volleyball, races, health stations, etc.

Cons

Old-fashioned in the sense that technology is seen as the means to an end and not part of the overall product we produce. Located just on the border between rural country and suburbia, so long commutes.
