      Moog is OK as a place of employment; not clearly above the rest in the industry, but certainly not one of the worst.

      Pros

      Good benefits, with decent choice of health care plans. Working in a project team environment allows one to form good bonds with a team of people.

      Cons

      Top management seems to be in a transition phase, so rating the company culture is difficult. Training for new assignments could use work. Being in the defense industry, Moog is subject to the ebb and flow of Government funding.

      Vaction time, holidays and sick days. Basically any time im not working

      Unprofessional, lack of people skills and immature supervisors and upper management.

      Pros

      A friendly working environment. You would have promotion opportunity if you work hard. They treat employee well. Provide good quality lunch with reasonable price for Torrance CA location.

      Cons

      The pay is less than industry average. I can not recall any other cons for Moog (Torrance) other than that.
