Pretty easy work, some awesome coworkers, lots of room to learn and get hands dirty, cafeteria food is okay and there’s pretty decent job security

Cons

Lots of employees that hinder growth because of outdated mentalities, no work hour flexibility, not great pay, no diversity in the engineers
