No pros whatsoever, horrible management and workethics

Cons

Managers don’t care about employees, the residents are not looked after properly, they hire unqualified employees to take care of residents, always dramatically understaffed and the residents suffer.Employees are asked to do unfair amounts of work, very unappreciated.
