Nice place to work except...

Pros

Residents are pleasant. Coworkers are friendly. Buildings are nice.

Cons

Executive director doesn't want workers to talk to residents. She also talks down to everyone and has a tendency to insult workers. Will be friendly to your face but talk trash about you to others. She focuses totally on negative and never praises a good job.

Pros

Management was friendly and willing to help and train anyone who needed it. Loads of hours, and short staffed but was willing to jump on the floor to help the CNA's since we are a team and they helped me at the concierge desk
