Cons

With the good comes the bad. Place needs a face lift brought in people who do not have the long term interests of the college. People would rather steal your ideas than do work.

The mission of the college is great and the students are amazing. Morehouse enjoys an amazing history of service and leadership and often has influential persons visit and engage the campus.

Cons

Very siloed and territorial. There are a few cancers on campus that really create toxic work environments and the pay is not that great.
