Pros

-Flexible schedule -Christmas to New Year Break -Quality student pool -Good, fun people to work with -A true "sense" of mission and impact ... The Morehouse Mystique -A true feel of the history and strong foundation on which the institution was built -A sense of accomplishment and purpose when you are able to help a student through the rift-raft that is HBCU operations -Fried Chicken Wednesday

Cons

-If you want to progress, grow or advance professionally or economically STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -The "Morehouse Mystique" is smoke and mirrors -If you have any ideas on improvements to ANYTHING - middle management will shut it down. That's IF you ever get the opportunity to share that you have ideas -Meetings about what we met about then more meetings about what we met about to talk about what we met about the first meeting -No accountability -No 360 evaluation
