Great people to work for and with. Great decision to give back to the black community in this way.
Cons
Lack of focused leadership or team play for the mission in the past. Unwilling to spend on employee moral, resources,or livable wages outside of executive staff. Challenging safety concerns for students and faculty because of the community location and setup of the school. Academic standards for enrollment, value for tuition pricing, student athlete academic support are all strong concerns.
