The employees on the manufacturing floor were wonderful to work with! The benefits were good for coverage, but would increase each enrollment.

Cons

The front office is a little more up tight. The general manager does things his way or no way.

Morgan has some excellent Materials and Technology.

Cons

The Company has poor compensation policies - their stock program is generally referred as "A promise of a promise, from someone you cannot trust" by employees. The complicated system is old and hard to understand by its users and is therefore ineffective. It is a British Company with an obvious Board Bias against the USA and that can be seen most clearly in its benefits package.

Relatively easy work. It's better if you have some basis in mechanics, tools, or understanding of machinery. Supervisors are okay. Management listens to you. 401k

Cons

Not a whole lot of communication between shifts. Pay could be way better.
