      Pros

      The work is generally challenging and a vast majority of the people that I worked with were professional and nice. Although the salary structure is in flux, the salaries were mainly comparable to the market and fair.

      Cons

      The entire legal profession is in flux and Morgan Lewis is no exception. Many of the practice groups are changing structure and some are being eliminated. I would do considerable research on the practice group prior to accepting a position to ensure its stability.
