Morgan properties is one of those few companies that truly believes in a great balance of work life and person life. They provide an excellent benefits package that allows you to provide your family with the best services out there. The training is top notch along with a support group that is always there to assist. Everyone from IT, accounting, corporate, regional team, and marketing department will go out of their way to make you feel at home. I would recommended Morgan to anyone looking for a career.

The pay scale could be more inline with competing companies.

If you are looking for a Company that promotes from within, is progressive, has wonderful training programs, and great support teams, this is the Company for you.

Cons

If you are not motivated, and willing to work extremely hard this would not be the Company of your choice. There is never any downtime, it is always busy, and there is never a lack for something to do.
