Pros

Constantly growing. Down to earth, open communication with regionals, facilities, revenue management AP, AR and owners. Support system is so much better than any company I've worked for. It's hard work, but it pays off if you're ready and willing.

Cons

I don't have any cons, but I have to use a twenty word minimum in order to fill this space. :)

Pros

Work hours and rental commission. The continuous training courses offered are a plus. Health Benefit plans are offered although I never used them. 401K was a nice perk.

Cons

Not many cons. Updates throughout would be nice. Property manager did not let me take advantage of all opportunities available to me.
