Upper Management needs to be re-trained NO PRAISE for reaching any goal NO BONUSES - they are impossible to reach Corporate is rude and treats you like you are no one (except for a select few) Micro-Manage everyone Regional Managers sit at home and answer emails from their phones - hardly ever on site Need to put money into their properties and stop putting band-aids on things Stop raising rent and then blaming leasing for occupancy
