Love many aspects of MP. Good pay. Good benefits Great employees Upper management will stop what they are doing to help you.

Cons

, since Covid they have been struggling but aren’t transparent about it. Whole departments shut down. Contractors do the bare minimum since they are not paid to do anything else. Communication from corporate level to site level had gotten worse. Training is almost non existent now.

Pros

Co-workers at site level are amazing people. The pay is “fair”, but expectations are very very high.

Cons

Management above the site-level has seen a downward trend. They aren't all bad, maybe most of them are even great still, but the bad ones seem to be allowed or even empowered to make poor, immoral decisions with little/ no oversight. Makes life at the property level chaotic and uncertain.
