Wages are competitive Benefits are respectable

Cons

On-call expectations can be unreasonable and compensation for same is weak. For example, no pay for travel and no minimum call out pay. Free apartment for Service Manager is nice but, BE CAREFUL. When resigning management gave two weeks grace period on rent fees and then charged me for the two weeks after leaving the company on good terms, after giving a generous 5 weeks notice. Plan on being moved out before your last day, don't believe anything that you don't get in writing.

Cons

Managers can be a make or break, a lot of favoritism, a lot of gossip, feels like high school sometimes, you have to constantly watch your back, HR isn’t supportive. Hard to climb the ladder / get promoted.
