Well established property management company that is both financially stable and steadily growing means good career opportunities are frequently available. Willing to hire and train motivated candidates. Strong emphasis on continued education of employees. Reasonably good starting salaries, commensurate with experience. Career paths for employees desiring advancement within the company.

Cons

Very strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Must be able to multi-task in a very demanding work environment. Must have great "people" skills including outgoing, friendly personality, patience and ability to resolve conflicts in a positive, respectful and sensitive manner.

Cons

If you are not motivated, and willing to work extremely hard this would not be the Company of your choice. There is never any downtime, it is always busy, and there is never a lack for something to do.
