Don't expect to get any kind of promotion for at least several years in general. Sometimes boring. Salary increases are too low/inexistent. 3 Mandatory days to work in office

No place to improve your skills. Old tech, internal tools Very hard to explain to some colleagues some basic API best practices A lot of meaningless meetings. The more you speak the more visibility you get I guess
