Pros
- Great collaborative culture between teams. You can reach out to pretty much anyone in any Morgan Stanley office and they will usually happily oblige. - Mobility between teams is often facilitated
Cons
- Lack of anonymous feedback opportunities for contingent workers. I was the only full time worker in a team of other contingents in Glasgow, who had no recourse to yearly anonymous feedback for their managers, like full time workers too. This resulted in their grievances not being addressed for quite a long period of time, especially given that the contingent workers did not know other senior people in the team (all of whom were located outside of Glasgow) whom they could reach out to.
