-Managers are incompetent and useless because they have no on the job skills. They are essentially full-time babysitters that are more worried about you arriving to work 5 minutes late than offering any type of coaching/mentoring. -Upper management is extremely toxic and push their incompetent managers to micromanage us to the point it feels like middle school. -Doing the bare minimum is applauded and overachieving is not acknowledged. -No guaranteed job placement after the 2 year program is over. They notify you 1 week ahead of your last day of employment if you are chosen to become a "Senior VEA". I was chosen, but a couple of my colleagues were left out to dry with no notice because they were not selected.

If you are customer facing, it's non stop calls or chats the entire day. No time to gather your composure between clients. Mean customers that demean the work you do, or are outright unintelligent.
