70% failure rate for a reason. Place is a revolving door on all levels. Rewards people churning their own accounts or family member’s accounts for revenue. Doesn’t value real relationships - model is based on revenue not AUM. Myopic, not big picture. Hypocrisy across the board. 3 pillars of culture - do the right thing, build relationships, give back - all a bunch of corporate rhetoric - they didn’t do the right thing by me, my family or my clients, and if your revenue doesn’t meet expectations they certainly don’t care about yourrelationships.
