Terrible experience, if I could rate zero stars I would do so.

Cons
I had worked out my problems with local management but HQ decided I had to be discharged even though I still received my full unemployment from the state which means they agreed with me that there was no final offense. MS also unnecessarily reported my minor infraction to FINRA who then had to issue me a Cautionary Letter which is like a slap on the wrist does not need to be listed on my U4 as it's not a client complaint or anything illegal but in this politically correct environment no one will hire me now. I'm having to change industries which at my age makes an already difficult situation even harder. I thank this company every day for ruining a perfect work record & making my job search a living hell.
