Stability, huge size, a lot of technology is present, you can learn almost about anything in the company. The mentality and the culture of the firm can be felt, people are very helpful, not only from the local office, but also from other offices as well.

Cons

Huge size, large hierarchies, sometimes its hard to achieve the smallest thing. There can be cases, depending on the teams, when you get to do repetitive job for a very long period.
