Horrible in office training Computer systems down often Little support for new trainees Minimal female representation in advisor staff For example: ratio approximately 20 males to one female in training group. Management not interested in trainees-Interested in large producers only Less than 5% make it - new advisors are just marketing source of leads for senior advisors. Highly imbalanced system of rating trainees, not applied to all the same. If you are a female, considering working here- highly not recommended by myself.
