Bit decent company. Not the worst company like few other banks

Cons

Low Pay compared to industry standards. old tech stack, poorly designed systems. No room to grow either technically or leadership wise. nothing to learn. contractors are not at all respected . no job security for contractors but only contractors have to do all the work.
