Pros

Flat organization. You can take initiative on new projects no matter what your title is as far as you've earned enough credit by your prior work. People well recognize your hard work and reward appropriately. Collaborative culture.

Cons

It's hard to come up with one. Maybe salary is relatively low compared to competitors but I guess that reflects the great working environment. However, it will also depend on your team/boss so keep in mind that it really depends on who your work with.

Pay was decent, there was good work life balance, its a big organisation and very good organisational structure.

Cons

The endless compliance modules we sit in and take tests for are very time consuming and distracting. Job uncertainties in an investment bank is always an issue.
