good team spirit, constant flow of talented graduates entering the firm. Decent research and technology departments to support trading desks, comfortable, well equipped office building.

Cons

limited opportunities to grow and progress in your career. Uncompetitive compensation package. Frequent changes in senior management due to a lack of vision. A constant outflow of senior traders makes it hard for younger, less experienced team members to learn as associates and VPs are too busy with day-to day activities
