You will be working on cutting edge of technology. Sky is the limit if you want to prove yourself! 360 feedback process (this year) was great and really allows you to find your "weak sweet spots". Compensation is decent and you can look forward for a bright future ahead!
Cons
If you want to be in cocoon , you can manage to shield yourself. You need to learn to navigate the politics and game to survive. If you are a super-star, no body can stop you. A bit harsh - but in reality , there is only work no life hence do not search for work-life balance. It is a sweatshop and ready to put 12 hours a day. Be watchful to the division you are in - You need to have a sense , if your division is not doing good. Switch to other divisions at the right time.
