Pros

Of all the large banks I've worked at, Morgan Stanley has the best overall life/work balance. Each division is different, of course, but the Technology & Data organization was very supportive of my professional and personal needs.

Cons

Huge place. There's bound to be a certain degree of anonymity, so you have to go out and make your own connections/network.

Pros

Competitive Pay 20 Vacation days 7 Sick days

Cons

5 of the 6 supervisors have left in the past 16 months, due to lack of leadership and personal growth options. Original management has been leaving one by one due to lack of interest to retain tenured employees from upper management in NY. This has let in an inexperienced management group who is running the risk area like a entry level role and changing/creating policy on the fly without notification.
