One of the best companies in the financial industry focusing on doing the right thing for their clients'. Great culture for employees inside and outside of the firm.

Cons

Due to its size, it can be very bureaucratic, but they are constantly improving their procedures to streamline it. Career growth within the firm is very slow if not nonexistent. This is their weakest area.
