Nothing is getting better over a course of a decade. It is going from bad to worse.

Cons

Awful place for white people to work at. The environment is permeated with gender- and race- based discrimination. They had three Equal Employment Officers in less than 24 months. None of them wants to hear or resolve complaints. Sexual harassment from the upper management team is prevalent and tolerated (never investigated)! The upper leadership team endorses tormenting white employees. The federal government should not sleep on and support this culture under the assumption that it is the arms of the state. Morgan State University is shame to the state of Maryland.
