The team makes the day go by faster.

Cons

We are asked to do way too many tasks outside of our job description and expected to live up to "leaderships" expectation. Accountability is not held and projects pile up. Mental health is not a priority. Human Resources is not held accountable for anything. If you are interested in not having a summer, this is the perfect position for you (we work straight through the summer).
