It's somewhere you can grow and the perks are pretty awesome. This particular department tries to grow with the times and in the face of adversity.

Cons

More administrative staff is needed for daily tasks so Directors can focus on the business of truly helping students. Also, silos cause working at the University, a drag sometimes.
