      Great place to work for a long time career

      Pros

      I work in the Gainesville office and we have a great working atmosphere. I am a Lead Case Manger with a team of 6 Case Managers. It is hard work but very rewarding. I have been a Certified Paralegal for 29 years and felt like I was at a dead end until I can here 6 years ago. Morgan & Morgan gave me opportunities I never though I would have to grow and mentor over Case Managers. I love it here!

      Cons

      In order to be successful you have to put in extra hours at home but you have the opportunities to make excellent bonus by doing so. I do not consider it a con when I can make excellent bonuses.

      After eight years with the firm, I can honestly say that the people and the clients are what make this organization special. Every day brings the opportunity to help clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives, and that’s incredibly rewarding. I’ve had opportunities to grow my career, develop as a leader, and work alongside some of the most dedicated and talented people in the industry. The firm’s commitment to fighting for its clients and investing in its people is what has kept me here for eight years.

      Growth brings challenges, and with a firm of this size there can sometimes be growing pains as processes and systems continue to evolve. Adaptability is important, and employees must be willing to embrace change.
