It is very good company and the pay-scale is also very as it is a product based company and also offers extra benefits to employees and very good work life balance.

Cons

As most of the employees are from the same state so in almost every meeting they make conversations in local language and also too much partiality to the people who come from other states. They won't recognise your work.
