Great company, but compensation is not competitive at all!

Pros

the company is a great place to grow especially early in your career and to learn new skills. The analytical team is very experienced and there are a lot of learning opportunities. Great work-life balance, inclusive working environment and goal-oriented working culture .

Cons

The compensation package is not at all competitive with local market standards. This contributes to demotivating employees and losing interest and incentive to give their best. This is a shame as I would still recommend it to a friend.
