BEWARE!! Worst place to work in the credit ratings department in Mumbai, India

Pros

In the credit ratings department (Navi Mumbai, India branch)- No pros. You will be bombarded with loads of work and be subject to micro management by managers and team lead. No scope to grow. You will experience worst office politics as the managers and colleagues in the credit ratings department have been culturally bred that way. Every time you ace your work, instead of recognition you will be bombarded with more work and no compensation. The managers will state that the company is experiencing bad times to avoid paying you bonus, increment, etc.

Cons

1. No work ethics 2. Nasty office politics 3. Micromanagement 4. No proper increment or bonus system. 5. No recognition of hardwork 6. Managers and team leads are worst nightmares 5. Excessive workload, to the point that you burnout completely 6. No work life balance as the credit department portrays. Only in cases where you know the art of putting the load on another person can you enjoy work life balance here.
