      work from home and don't need to work too hard okay for entry level

      Cons

      people rather look busy and do busy work than improve their skills or do any meaningful tasks/projects lots of middle managers who flex their years of experience and have nothing else to show seniors, one level above entry level, and above tend to have a sadistic "make the junior do it" attitude
