      - Smaller than the big 3, has a dependency on employees even at junior/intermediate levels leading to faster learning and more opportunities. - Colleagues are approachable and helpful even at Senior Levels. - After getting acquired by Morningstar the perks are really good with RRSP matching and reimbursements for professional courses.

      Cons

      - Slow monetary growth, pay is below average as compared to big 3 rating agencies. - Overall, the average age of employees in the organization is on the higher side, thus having no outside office group activity culture. - Most of the senior management are close to retirement thus lacking the enthusiasm to go above and beyond. - Work can be monotonous and can lack excitement.
