      - Supportive management in mobile work - Newer stack of tools - Great opportunity for career growth - excellent location with access to the path

      Cons

      - More formal training for Jr. staff, with the growing software and AI development market it would be good to send staff on formal training instead of using contract resources.

      Work on latest tech stack. Flexible and open work culture. Zero micro management. Best human resource team. Excellent growth opportunities across the organization. Above industry pay.

      Cons

      Too much senior management, multiple levels of managers - I guess it is the nature of business. Less than adequate work from home culture.
