Pros

It is a good place to start a career. There are many opportunities to advance from entry-level worker to entry-level manager if you get a good manager

Cons

It appears some of the growth engines are slowing down, especially away from data products. The consulting units are making some lumpy progress. Effective utilization of the large equity analyst staff remains a challenge.
