Pros

People look supportive but they are trained gamers and they play on your back.

Cons

Frequent layoffs and restructuring have created ongoing instability. Although access to Michael Page is provided during layoffs, in reality there is little to no meaningful support, making it feel like a checkbox exercise. Senior-level politics influence decisions, growth is slow, and overall transparency is lacking. The company shows limited concern for employees’ mental well-being.
