Transparency is pillar of Morningstar, and pay transparency is no different. As part of our public CSR and other reports we clearly and consistently communicate compensation. We also believe there’s real value in coming together in person, which is why we ask teams to be in the office four days a week—focused on collaboration, learning, and shared purpose.
