Revolving door... constant turnover. You didn't know when it would be your day. Promoted the wrong people to do the job.

Plenty of varied work, good local management and awesome benefits.

Cons

Work and delivery schedules driven by sales. Schedules and time lines are very short/inaccurate and way behind what the customer expects. Lack of detail in order taking by sales, this causes back logs and very late delivery's.
