Pros

The company is a 3rd generational family owned business. They really treated you like family.. management was great, I had the ideal work/life balance. I only left because I was offered more money. My salary at Morris was great, but went to another Machine Tool Company only to be blinded by the money and not consider the environment. I wish I had never left.

Cons

The only con was things were busy around FY end.. which is common everywhere

Working on state of the art machines and exposure to many different industries creates rewarding workplace. Travel to customers will bring you to many places in the country you would not normally experience.

Cons

Amount of travel can make balancing work and personal life difficult. Difficult to get raises as there are not yearly reviews.
